This new batch of pictures is from a phototrip i took with a friend of mine in the Bicocca area in Milano, an ex heavy-industrial zone converted to university campus and offices. I don't know how the place looks during the day, but at night it's completely deserted, we walked for about 3 hours (from 2100 to 0000) and met no more than 5 people on the streets. The area gives a very strange feeling: huge hi-tech buildings and deserted streets, constantly monitored by private sucurity behind C.C. tv screens.

One little anedocte about the aforementioned security guards:
We were taking pictures at the garage entrance of an office block, i had mounted my tripod in the middle of the causeway (but still on public soil) and i was happily snapping away.
One of this guards (i don't know in the rest of the world, but here in italy private security is usually people that doesn't have enough brain or skill to do any other job, not even in the police) shows up.

The dialogue went more or less like this:

guard: what are you doing? :confused:
me: uhmmmm... taking pictures?
guard: do you have an authorization to do this?
me: do i need an authorization?
guard: :confused: well, i don't know :confused:
guard: you're just taking pictures, right?
me: sure
guard: ok, take your pictures and be gone.

surreal, isn't it?

tutta la zona si presterebbe molto bene da usare come set per un cortometraggio.
ci sono delle location veramente particolari.
c'e' una specie di parco dove ci sono alberi interrati in rettangoli di terra di tipo 1 mt di lato e fra i "vasi" ci sono delle enormi grate per l'aerazione del parcheggio sotterraneo, il tutto illuminato con dei faretti a terra disposti a matrice.
si, lo so, non si capisce una mazza, però visto dal vivo fa un effetto veramente strano (purtroppo non sono riuscito a fare nessuna foto decente di quel posto).

venerdi sera mi sono scordato dello spettacolo di ... tu sei andata a vederla?

che tipo di spettacolo era? cioè, non è che ne sappia molto di teatro, ma era una "storia" standard o qualcosa di più sperimentale?

sai che non so chi fosse la modella/attrice in questione..na robetta da poco cmq... ahahah ovviamente lui mi sa se ne è un po pentito... ma si sa..a volte gli uomini non sanno controllare tutti e due gli emisferi del cervello ..quelloposto a nord e quello posto a sud..:D

eh, mi sa tanto che un pochino se n'e' pentito sì...
per quanto riguarda il controllo dei due emisferi, posso raccontarti una serie di storielle da cui si evince che anche voi femminucce avete qualche problemino a riguardo... ;)

vista dalle tue foto la bicocca pare un luogo bello...invece vissuto da sfigati studenti è orrendo!!

ma vieni a fare foto in veterinaria,così bella e campagnola...

non faccio fatica a credere che sia un posto orrendo.
sembra non esserci assolutamente nulla, palazzoni enormi ma nessun servizio, nessun bar, nessun punto di aggregazione, niente...
il deserto più totale. deve essere agghiacciante doverci andare tutti i giorni.

ma in veterinaria ci si può aggirare di notte oppure vengono a prenderti i metronotte pure lì (magari a cavallo ;P)
